My rear trunk is empty and I tried to take off the rear board cover and noise still there

Next time, make sure the "package" isn't breathing before you place it in the Trunk. Didn't you see Goodfellas?

Most likely, your trunk lid needs to be adjusted, it can cause a low frequency thump over bumps and acceleration if it is not adjusted correctly - see this thread:

I found on my X the rear thump noise was the air spoiler tilting and locking into place at about 45 mph. Just the one thump. If there are more thumps it must be something else.

Noise is getting more annoying, I have the fixed spoiler on my 90d, but the sound like coming from the spoiler area, am I the only one having this noise?

Yes, I do! I thought something was rolling around in the sub-trunk under the lid, but I've secured everything and I'm positive nothing is moving around. (If it was, I'd hear it on every turn I make.) I'm as perplexed as you.

Do you have the back seats up or down? When mine are down they clunk. Waiting on a SC appointment.
