Owner Advisor never responded to my two voicemails, My edit button just disappeared, old price still there and now it says this about auto pilot when I ordered it with FSD. No clue what’s going on. But I’m not gonna sweat it at this point. If I don’t get the updated price when it shows up I’ll just refuse delivery and cancel order. This whole lack of communication for a month is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
that looks right. It says your vehicle is coming with FSD.
 
Ordered mine on 4/24/19, no VIN, no updates since the order confirmation. No price change at all. On my "manage" page for the car, it just shows for the "next steps" that they are drafting up a contract (which it has been for the last three weeks). It's frustrating since there is no info about where I am in the process or if they are working on a contract at all, since I will be paying in full.

Call them, I waited for updates and it turned out the car was already produced. The updates process is not consistent. My delivery is scheduled in 2 days and still don’t have a delivery advisor!!
 
Also, just saw in our current account for M3 that instead of 8k for FSD it has dropped to 6k (after delivery price).

Try calling the delivery/service center in North Houston since you already have a VIN and ask for updates (location of vehicle, MVPA, delivery specialist) esp since you have tentative scheduled delivery date already. Hope this helps.
 
Ok so I texted my rep this morning since he never returned either of my calls yesterday. Asking him about why I still have not got an updated order agreement showing my added Carbon interior from 4/27, and also regarding the decrease in price that should be done now to the account. No response yet, still no change on my Tesla account page accept that edit order is now gone as of last night and now this morning i receive this email

Are you geographically incomparable with visiting a service center or other Tesla facility? I think you would have much better luck talking to them in person, where they cannot ignore you.
 
Just got a VIN and prompted to submit payment - plan to take delivery on Friday! I didn't get the price adjusted reflected on my account though I did submit payment to avoid delays. Hopefully I can get the pricing adjusted soon! Can't Wait!!!!

I'm being prompted to pay with no VIN, no delivery date, and no adjustment for ludicrous. Nice.

This is very odd. I got that same email literally minutes after my first email confirming my order...all 3 weeks ago now.

Have you heard from anyone?

I've received 4 phone calls in Prep for my delivery tomorrow. Almost every day this week with status updates and location of the vehicle.

Just got a call from the people who will be delivering it to my house tomorrow morning; and they said they will call again when they leave Costa Mesa in route to my house.

No, absolutely no communication, they have all the money and delivery scheduled tomorrow but unlikely to happen. I’ve called 4 times in the last couple of days and they just tell me my delivery advisor will reach out, which he doesn’t.

Hey *******. Tried calling a couple times yesterday. I still have not received an updated order agreement showing the Carbon Interior added, and also was reading that people who had placed orders for the refresh X’s & S’s that still had not taken delivery like myself, were automatically receiving the new price drop from yesterdays announcement added to their order agreements.

Hey Dave! Sorry for the delayed response. You will definitely receive the price drop and it will be updated to your account. As for the carbon fiber, I have been reaching out to the team who processes those requests every week. They unfortunately do not have an update for me on when it will get added. I am trying to to see if this will affect your delivery date
