3/1 Solar Planel Order
3/1 Design published & accepted
3/2 Alerted virtual notary unavailable in my area
3/25 Received docs to be notarized via email (was supposed to be mailed)
4/1 Label to send back emailed, package mailed
4/26 Permit issued
4/28 Asked about adding PWs, added to order, swapped to 1% 5yr financing
5/4 Install Scheduled for 5/7
5/6 Install canceled, home assessment scheduled for 5/13
5/13 Home assessment completed, no roadblocks
5/14 Install scheduled for 5/27
5/27 Installed
5/28 Informed can't inspect, need to redo permit to add powerwalls
6/7 Powerwalls added to Permit, Inspection scheduled for 6/9
6/9 Inspection- Failed, missing sticker(s)
6/11 Tesla tech came out, no idea what sticker is missing, added a bunch of stickers, emailed pics to the office

Thats nothing - I ordered early 1/2021, my system is still not activated and Im already paying on the loan. My rep left Tesla solar and the 800 number only goes to voice mail, they are never returned. When I send an email telling them that I no longer have a rep and need help, they return the email telling me to contact my rep, so they clearly arent even reading the emails. Tesla solar is a dumpster fire of epic proportions.

What are the specs of your system?

It's the 8.16kw panel system with 2 powerwalls (w/ Tesla inverter). I wish I could have gone with a more beefed up system, but power company required liability insurance for systems over 10kw made the financials just not make sense to go as large as I would like.

I would love that, Im going to keep plugging along the "correct" paths, but maybe I'll call/email him as a last resort.
