Tint Advice

Yup check the big tint thread. Quick answer is you’ll definitely get a blacked out look but it’s not worth the possible tickets. That’s really dark and will cut down on night visibility. Especially the side mirrors that dim at night.

I have 18% one piece full back glass and 24% on all side windows and can see out the back as if there’s nothing there. 5% is quite dark - personally I don’t like having different % between front and rear side windows.

I am a professional window tinter in Pittsburgh... I have done many model 3s... all have had full rear windows done in one piece.. make sure you go to a reputable shop and it is not an issue. Only caution is the computer module located behind trim on passenger side of back window.
Have you done a video you could share with any gotcha's?
