Tint Question and Tips?

When you have tint installed, since they are frameless windows, wont the window auto rolling down and up an inch mess up the tint until it dries? How is that handled?

Any tips I should tell my installer that has never tinted a Tesla before let alone a Model 3? There are essentially no Tesla's in my area... I did tell him to order a 60" roll for the back glass so he can get it on one go...

I was wondering about the auto rolling.... probably you just need to watch it and be prepared to smooth out the tint if it moves. Your installer would show you how.

The frameless windows can be treated as any other frameless window that you see on other luxury cars. The only difficult aspect of the car would be the rear window. I was told by my installer that instead of the traditional method of left to right installation of film, they went from rear to front. Hope that helps.
