I've actually had good luck with Discount Tire. They've seen enough Tesla vehicles by now that I've felt comfortable taking my Model 3 there and plan to take our Model Y there as well. They put the jack pads in the correct position and didn't use the lift due to low clearance of the 3. They're also good about using a torque wrench instead of using the "that's about right" torquing method. I think they charge around $160 to install tires purchased elsewhere.
