Tire rotation Shops MD/Nova

I just had tesla quote me $120 for tire rotation. I was wondering if there is a shop, preferably around Rockville/Gaithersburg area that knows what they are doing with a Model 3. Appreciate any Recommendations!

I get my S done at Costco in Frederick. The have the needed hockey pucks for all models and understand the air suspension requirements on a S/X.

I scheduled a tire rotation at the Austin service center at $11k miles. My service advisor told me two things after looking at the tires. He said AWD Teslas rarely need their tires rotated, and mine did not as the wear was perfectly even so why spend the money? And he said if they did need to be rotated I should take it to Discount Tire where it will be cheaper.

I know costco does standard balancing. Any recommendations for shops that do road force balance and alignment with model 3?
