Tire Set Up for My 2021 MYP

I am swapping out my 21" Uber OEM Tires and Wheels for some 19" 9 1/2 Martian Wheels and Tires. Was originally planning on square set up 255/45/19's. The discount tire guy said I could go with 275/45/19 on the rear to keep the staggered setup. I don't take it to the track. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Do I lose anything by going with the square setup?

You would lose the understeer. Narrower front tires, with wider rear tires tend to understeer at their limit. Squared up the handling would be more neutral.

I have 275/40/19-the speedo is barely off and the wheels are slightly smaller than the standard 28" rim/tire oem combo.
