Tire Size Fitment

Hello all,

I have a Model Y LR and will be getting new wheels soon. The size is 20x9.5 +35. I'm wanting more sidewall protection and would like to move up to 265/40/20 size tires (not sure which brand and model yet).

Was hoping to get some confirmation that this size fits and most important, absolutely no poke in the front. The car will not be lowered. Any thoughts or tire recommendations are appreciated, thanks.

No issues. =)

Best resource for stuff like this is:

Since I like using the site I did the investigation for you anyway :)

The new setup will be 10mm further from the suspension, and 10 mm more poke than the stock wheels and tires, that is .39 inches. The new diameter is very close to stock at 28.34 inches.
