Tire Wear and Rotation

I was measuring the thread depth on my tires and got the following

Front Driver Side 5/32________Front Passenger 5/32
Rear Driver side 4/32________Rear Passenger 6/32

I hear the M3 is rear bias. If I rotate the front set to rear, wouldn't that continue the offset between the 4/32 and 6/32 tires?

How would you rotate the tires in this case?

Bumping this thread for a similar question... 2019 SR+ RWD.

~6000 miles measured 8/32 on the front tires, 7/32 on the rear tires. Rotated front to back.
~10000 miles measured 7/32 on the front and rear tires even.
~12000 miles measured 6/32 on the front and 7/32 on the rear.

I had read its good to rotate your tires if there's at least a 1 mm difference in tread, but I don't know if it makes sense to rotate the tires with less tread on back with a RWD vehicle. I guess something about my driving style is leading to increased wear on the fronts, so it's worth rotating?
