took possession of the vehicle in Dec 2017 - is this a lemon?
has been taken in for repair of doors at least once a year. Door doesnt open, door doesnt close - fixed then breaks again. Second time in the past 2 months.
Heated second row seats barely gets warm even on highest setting - service says no issue
consistent grinding noise when accelerating - service says they are aware but no solution
air conditioning - extremely (!) loud when turned on - quiets down after about 20 minutes

asked for escalation contact name and number repeatedly - no response.

Hearing the horror stories about those Falcon Wing Doors kept me away from getting a Model X. They seem so troublesome for some people.
Zero issues with our FWDs in 3 years. There is a thread on issues with FWDs and most people also do not have issues. Seemed to have been an early production (2016/2017) issue.

A/C is loud in many X's when first driven. Mine quiets down after about 2-3 minutes of driving. You might have them check the refrigerant levels.

Grinding noise under hard acceleration is a known issue. Setting default ride height to low can help or eliminate the issue.

There are multiple threads on these and other issues and cures for them.

Mine is only a year and a half old and I did have some shutter (never grinding) but updates a while back have helped a lot.

My A/C is never noisy.

Is OP a 5 seater or 6/7. Very different A/C between 5 seater vs 6/7.

I would try a different service center if at all possible.
