ContiSilent Tires Available in Staggered Sizes

For the first time I can recall while perusing The Tire Rack this morning I see the Continental ContiSport Silent are available in Tesla OEM 21" staggered tire sizes.

The OEM Michelins are all I have ever seen available.

The treadwear rating on the Continentals is marginally better than the Michelins. I would be tempted to try the Contenentals when I need new tires...

I've got the Continental on my 21"s and they are great. In my opinion they are very quiet.

I believe so... I think all cars (even 60s) ordered with 21s will come staggered. At first, I thought they would all be equipped with PSSs. Although, I saw a refreshed 90D last week and it was staggered but had Conti's.

This is not accurate.

I believe any car with 21" set up gets staggered wheels. I have the 90D with 21" grey turbines, and confirm I have staggered wheels.

I know older cars match up with what I sated, also talking to the sales and delivery specialst they also felt the same... I don't know if Tesla has changed there strategy as I'm just an outsider like most of us on the forum, But I will point out this, just searching craigslist for tesla 21" rims yelds full sets of 4 symmetrical 21" rims on quite a few of the listings so 21" alone does not mean staggered historically, it might have changed with the refresh but who knows... only Tesla

Good to hear. Thanks for your feedback. I still think they have a 90D in Dublin w/ the Conti's. Hope to give it quick test drive this week.
