Brand new. They retail for $320, you would pay ~$360 after tax and shipping for new ones. Note that I did not drive on them, I installed 5 lugs on one wheel and decided I didn't like they way they look, and for this kind of money I need to LOVE them :)

Selling for $320 shipped, so save yourself $40 vs ordering direct.

I like these and may buy a set someday. Looks like you have the raw metal color not the black onyx color. Do they require a special lug nut driver. Is one optional? Do you know if the S/X lug nut covers fit on them? Ever seen any thermal expansion or dissimilar metal electrical analysis on them since rotors are steel and rims are aluminum and these are titanium?

No special key needed, it's a 19mm hex. I imagine the S/X lugs are 21 or 22 mm so I'm guessing the caps don't fit but I have no experience with it.
