First I would like to thank @Xenoilphobe for setting up the group buy for Model 3 owners.

This thread will be to get a group buy going for Model S/X owners and to gauge interest in wheel style and size.

there are two wheel choices available, 3 colors(Machine Black, Satin Titanium, Bronze)

T-R10

T-S5

additional information about these wheels can be found on their website, Titan 7 Forged Wheels - Forged For All and there is also good information in the thread Xenoilphobe started for Model 3, Group Buy Poll for Mono-Block Forged Alloy Wheels by Titan

Model S
Stock Wheel Specs are as follows:
19x8 +40 (all 19's) ~30lbs
21x8.5 +40 (all 21's) ~35lbs
21x9 +40 (rear size if you are staggered) ~38lbs
21x9 +40 Arachnid 28.75lbs

T-R10/T-S5 weight:
19x9 20lbs = ~$650 each
20x9 21.4lbs
21x9 23.2 lbs = $880 each
21x10 24.5 lbs = $900 each

Model X:
Stock Wheel Specs are as follows:
20x9 ~32lbs
20x10 ~33.2lbs
22x9 ~37.6lbs
22x10 ~40.4lbs

T-R10/T-S5 weight:
20's = ~mid 25lbs
22x9 = ~28.5lbs
22x10 = ~30lbs

We will need 5 sets of square or 10 sets of staggered for that option to go into production. keep this in mind when choosing

if there are additional sizes you would like added to the poll, comment below.

feel free to ask any questions you have and i will try my best to answer

Would the wheel face be the same for all sizes?

I know Volk has had more concave faces for some of their more aggressive sizes. Any chance that’s an option here?

i believe so

the specs on this M3 are 18x9.5 +22 / 18x10.5 +25 and the rears look more concave

For those wondering how much more these will poke out....

If you're coming from the stock 19s:
19x8 +40 => 21x9 +30 Poke out more by 22.7mm
19x8 +40 => 21x10 +30 Poke out more by 35.4mm

If you're coming from the stock 21s (non-staggered)
21x8.5 +40 => 21x9 +30 Poke out more by 16.4mm
21x8.5 +40 => 12x10 +30 Poke out more by 29.1mm

If you're coming from the stock 21s (staggered)
21x8.5 +40 => 21x9 + 30 Poke out more by 16.4mm
21x9 +40 => 12x10 +30 Poke out more by 22.7mm

Got these from willtheyfit.com

i asked and they replied with the following,

"Please note that when we make wheels - it’s car specific - it’s not like other mfg where things are combined for multiple fitments. That means the wheel will be as concave and good looking as possible while being hubcentric / clearing brakes / suspension etc thanks "

they are made specific to car

when i spoke to them, they did mention it will be load rated to model s, so i assume the same for X, but have not gotten a lot of interest from X owners as of yet.

Can you ask them for the specific load rating? I love the S5s but there's a couple of issues for a MX owner.

1) These aren't the right fitment for us. We use a staggered setup for our 20" and 22" wheels. 20x8.0 front / 20x9.5 rear at a +35mm offset. The 22's are a 22x9.0 and 22x10 with a +35mm offset.

2) Load ratings on the MS and MX are different. The heaviest MX's weigh almost a thousand pounds more than the lightest MS. The 21" arachnid wheels for example are load rated to 750kg compared to the MX wheels are 900kg IIRC - that's equivelant to a 1300lb rating difference; which is huge considering some of us tow 5000lbs.

But heck if they can do a 20x9/9.5 or a 22x9/10 with a 875kg+ load rating, I'm sure the MX folks will jump on board.

1. yes these are Model S specs, i did mention in my post to comment below if further specs were needed.
2. here is the official reply from Titan7,
"We can go about it two ways -
  1. Make a wheel that will work for either X and S with a load rating for both cars. The wheel will be heavier.
  2. Make wheels individually rated for each which means the S wheel will be lighter than the X.
We can do both. "

im thinking option 2 is more likely, since Model S owners will want 19/21 and X owners will want 20/22

I tend to agree. And being an S and an X owner, I’d want the lightest possible for both. If the 21’s come out to be heavier arachnids, it would kind of defeat the purpose.
