What is Titlegirl? I got something in the mail for this regarding getting our new M3LR registered. Is this an additional fee to use to avoid going to the Tax Assessor office?

Titlegirl is just an authorized agent for the county tax office. They can do registrations and title transfers. When I bought my MYP I used a place called CenTex Auto Title. The country tax accessor was by appointment only and the soonest appointment was 6 weeks out. They charged a small fee, I think it was $15, and I was in an out in about 20 minutes. I never gotten service that fast at the tax office.

That's where we took delivery. If it really is $250 that is not worth it to me. Tesla will still be shipping my registration info to me though right, so that I can still go down to the tax assessor office myself and take care of it? Or is Titlegirl my only option?

I did just that. Fortunately I was only off 75 cents on my certified check for the TTL.
