TM3P day-to-day performance

I know the numbers from some of the racers state figures down to sub 3 seconds 0-100 (km here), but what do you experience in normal day-to-day situations? I have a couple of stretches where I like to come to a complete stop and just floor it. It's usually somewhere about 5-6 seconds 0-100km/h on dry tarmac, 20" tires.
I'm currently on unstudded winter tires so it's not ideal, but I would like to know what you guys are experiencing. Charge is usually between 50 and 80%

M3P will run low-to-mid 3s on just about any surface just by stopping the accelerator from a stop.

If you are running 5-6 seconds, something is wrong with the surface, tires, or car. Or maybe it's in Chill Mode.

Definitely doesn't sound right. It goes under 4 seconds with 25% SoC. I'd get it checked out at Tesla

Mine is constantly low to mid 3's all the time as well. Truly impressive that it gets mid 3's in the wet every time. Sounds like something is amiss.

That makes little sense to me. 5-6 seconds is waaaay off the pace.

Check the display to see if a firmware update downgraded you to a SR+

That's a shame, and also gives some hope. How do you usually measure it? I've been recording with my phone and checking the result after.

You didn't leave your car on "chill" mode by any chance?

No, I tried switching it on and off just in case.

How big of a difference? I did another test today, drove the car for ~10 minutes first (outside temperature was 6C) then did a 0-100km/h. Just north of 5 seconds.

Guess I'll put it on my next SC appointment.

That's interesting. I didn't think mine was accelerating like it used to, but don't have a Dragy or anything to verify so chalked it up to just getting accustomed to it. Still on OEM tires too.

Tires are everything guys. If I put on my 265 wide Pilot Sport Cups I can beat 3 seconds.

Running 255s and it does not feel like 3 seconds any more, after one of the udpate. more like 4ish. Felt like a bat out of hell when first had the 255s on.

I checked mine a few months ago, 100% Stock, 40deg day, tire pressure at 42psi, Dragy recorded 3.3s (3.1 with rollout). 6 months old, $10k miles, I was satisfied my car is working per factory spec.

I made sure it was properly heated today, drove around for 40 minutes until the regen line didn't have any dots, then found a piece of straight road and floored it. About 3.9s.

Unless you have a proper method to test the actual number output, I’m just going to say don’t worry about it.
