I'm retired from the computer industry and I've built my share of websites but I notice that when I get an email encouraging me to read one of the articles, if I navigate to the article and scroll down, the website resets to the top of the page at random times (it seems to be as the ads refresh). As a result, I can't read past the first paragraph. This has been going on for some time. I tried this with both Chrome and Edge with identical results. Is it just me?
