I think I found a good place for TMC millionaires to put their money. A cruise ship!

Brand new ships from legacy cruise companies are going to be sold off for pennies on the dollar once they go bankrupt. Lets buy one, retro-fit with 10 megapacks and a nuclear sub electric drivetrain, then sail around the world!

Every day at noon we'll deploy the floating solar array and start happy hour on the SS Elon!

A friend of mine once bought a Royal Navy Frigate to convert to a cruise ship. IIRC it was about $500k in the late 90s. But the running costs! It needed a permanent and experienced crew of 3, even when docked, and more if it was actually going somewhere. He only kept it a few years.
