Ca should not have any more rights than another state

I don't know, why should Wyoming with 600,000 people have the same rights as California with almost 40 million people!!

Also, California received the initial exemption because of their specific problems with smog based on the geography. LA use to be infamous for smog - no more. Climate change is real, California is trying to do something about it.

Would be interesting for a neighboring State to sue CA because of the mismanagement of the forests, resulting in the massive wildfires in the past few years. The carbon release has been phenomenal.

Except most of the forest in the state are actually on "federal" land.
