Today is the shortest day of the year... how was your production?

A 6.38 kW system here. (8x250w tilted slightly south, 4x250 + 13x260w tilted slightly west. Enphase microinverters.) Dec 21st production was 12.22 kWh, peak was 2.48 kW. Last June 21st was 32.48 kWh, peak was 4.49 kW.

I need another 4 kW or so to really balance things out - especially with the new PG&E rates. Unfortunately my south and west angled roof portions are pretty full. So they would be facing slightly east.
