TSLA has gone through the roof now so many tesla fans who've always wanted a roadster can actually afford one. I'd be in that boat if I hadn't been dumb enough to sell most of my shares in December at $400 a share pre split...

TSLA has gone through the roof now so many tesla fans who've always wanted a roadster can actually afford one. I'd be in that boat if I hadn't been dumb enough to sell most of my shares in December at $400 a share pre split...

well, not that dumb, @Sbax if you made money. I bought 40 TSLA shares at $30 per share. Had a plan to sell at $90. Sold 30 of those shares and was happy to triple my money. But looking back, yeah, selling them was stupid. Would be worth $89,570 as of today’s close!

PEM, battery essentially brand new or as newest it'll ever be now. Add $15,000 for body...owner essentially paid $60,00". Not bad at all. Let's hope owner sends us pics once major cosmetic surgery is complete.

933 is going to be receiving new power phase modules in its PEM w/ beefed up current handling capabilities. Improvements in cooling the PEM will also be made. And then... new brakes (obviously) ;-)

It will become the goal to get this car down to a <3.0s 0-60 time! Then go smoke some P3D in it and bring the supreme track car name back to the OG Roadster, just in time for 2020 (2021?) Roadster to come out and take the reigns again, haha!

In 2021, if Tesla hasn’t already, I will use 933 as a mule to test out a new battery pack retrofit.

Really looking fwd to your progress on this project @ElectricLove. Pls start a dedicated thread so we can all follow along! There's nothing many of us would want more than a new battery option + a substantial performance boost to boot!

Seller notes "...it shows some sun damage in the form of cracking on the leading edge of the top of the dashboard, as well as fading to the clearcoat on some of the carbon fiber exterior trim." Damage to driver's side rocker below A-pillar as well as small tear in passenger seat leather. Soft top front cable also appears to be compromised.

Note: unidentified plastic wrapped payload in trunk. Hardtop bag?

Im the one day buyer. Had to jump on it for an equitable price. The car is beyond immaculate. My friend in Michigan inspected her in person on Monday. Even includes all the new owner swag box and an extra set of wheels (going to Carl already)

Don't feel bad. I thought I was smart when TSLA hit 330 18 months ago and sold it. Bought Apple and Shopify at 200 not selling.
