Tokyo -> Niseko -> Tokyo

Hi, I am planning my first long Tesla S 100D trip. I would love to hear if anyone have experience charging along that route. Any recommendations are welcome..

Here is my plan:
- Drive from Tokyo to Orai
- Ferry Orai -> Tamakomai
- Drive to Niseko and stay in Kiniseko hotel which has a destination charger.
- Drive to Hakodate
- Ferry Hakodate -> Oma
- Drive to Hakkoda, Aomori and stay there for a couple of days. Charging there or nearby may be a problem though.
- Drive back to Tokyo.
