In some other countries, EVs owners have major incentives, such as being exempt for paying for toll roads, free or reduced parking, free or reduced price ferry rides, no road taxes, etc.

Sure. But California isn’t one of them.

In fact, I think they may have revoked access to the carpool lanes which was a previous incentive. They definitely are not giving away free $6 bridge tolls for all the EV drivers in the state.
