The only thread I was able to find was dated 2014 (S: Total KWH)

Since then, has anyone been able to figure out a way to see the total kWh my car has used?

Services like TeslaFi cannot provide historic data. I just signed up for them yesterday but I have had my car for over a year.

    Wh/mile * miles = Wh

Keep in mind though that vampire and charging losses are excluded. This is only what the car uses to move.
    Charging losses are ~ 12% on L2
Vampire losses are trickier to figure out and have been slowly dropping. 15 watts may be ballpark

if you have scanmytesla you can see the value the car has. IIRC it is broken down by DC and AC charge and it should also tell you total discharge as well.
