Now, will that retrofit into earlier bumpers?

I am hopeful that the updated cover also fits on the earlier Model Ys. It is hard to believe that the original design was user tested at all.

I have yet to see a salesman who knows more about the car I am buying than myself. They truly are poorly informed or just don't give a crap. That being said, Tesla continues with the "car salesman" tradition.

They're generally not even "car" people. They spend most of their time studying the financial side of things and doing stupid reports for managers. And most customers know even less then they do. It's only the annoying car people like me that make their lack of car knowledge a problem.

Tow hitch is showing as an option on the build site 5 and 7 pass models. No change on Tesla EPC for the new hitch cover.

Has anyone received the new tow hitch cover? There was a picture floating around that seemed to show a new design, but there seems to be very little discussion about it. Curious if those who took recent delivery received the new version.
