Towing a utility trailer questions

Have a 2021 MY with factory installed towing hitch and I would like to tow a utility trailer occasionally for short distances. Would mainly use this for hauling landscape materials such as bark dust, etc, occasional furniture, etc. I've been using my 2013 Toyota Tacoma for such chores and now I'm considering selling this since I don't seem to use the vehicle much anymore. Any thoughts on appropriate size of open utility trailer to consider, brand, etc and any experiences using the MY for this purpose on occasion?

I'm actually in the process of shopping for one now. I'm looking at 5 X 10 or 6 X 10. I could be talked into getting at 12 foot long trailer if the price was right. I could see needing to haul some 12 foot boards???

I have rented a utility trailer a few times now for hauling some trash and equipment. No problems at all with the MY. There is certainly an impact on range but not as crazy as with a large travel trailer. For what you're describing should be no problem at all.
