TPMS Enhancement?

    Do you think Tesla could enhance the TPMS to something similar to this?
    It has the potential to warn of a leaking tyre prior to getting the alarm from the existing system.
    And it would be in keeping with the visual display aspect of the car.
    I would think a reasonably easy enhancement to include on one of their Over The Air Updates. :smile:

    Tesla did this in the Roadster. I'd assume the hardware is capable of it in the Model S just a matter of software.

    The BMW i3 does that.


    but in fairness I should add that I never look at it...

    This has been discussed here in the forums multiple times. In my opinion, yes, Tesla should implement this. Not sure if there is some sort of hardware limitation, but all of my last few cars have been able to display both a red "Low" warning light to get your attention, and the actual pressure in real time at each wheel.
