No, I wasn't two-footing it. You can see the power meter needle in the video when it swings into regen territory.
My technique is to brake and then very quickly move my foot back to the accelerator and press it slightly to maintain a constant speed. You actually do the same thing in an ICE car - apply a little gas to maintain a constant speed going into the apex - but you don't have to move your foot over as quickly.
