Did you order the cold weather package? I am hoping the heated wheel is standard and coming on all new cars.

I ordered the cold weather package and they told me when I picked up the car that the heated steering wheel is now included in the cold weather package.

Thanks. I would have ordered the cold weather package if it included the heated steering at the time I placed mine. I was unable to change my order without screwing up the delivery date.Oh well.

That appears to be a glitch in their web dashboard logic. A few people have reported this before - the backend apparently now tracks different states for "is being transported to your SC" and that appears to confuse the web dashboard.

I was about to tell you that another guys had the same thing happen on Tesla's forum but you're probably "Laithhahn"

I just flipped into "in production"! Order was finalized 11/11/14. Delivery is showing as "late March" which is also what DS says (though he put it as "mid-to-late"). My original estimate was "February" with the DS saying "or maybe late January".

I got an update from my DES this morning and got great news. My S85D is expected to be onsite in Rockville, MD SC this Friday and my delivery has been moved up from 3/13 to this Saturday at 1 pm (same as KennyB-FLL)!!!

Looks like I will just make the original "February" delivery estimate.

My understanding (from this group, not from Tesla directly) is that in Tesla-speak "end of line" means "end of the queue to wait to go into production", not "rolling off the end of the factory line".

Correct and the date is always a Monday that they give for that and it means the car can start production any day of that week.

Picked up my 85D at the factory yesterday.... it's quite a ballet..... they had recently upgraded the coffee to Peet's brand which caused at least a 5% increase in productivity........

I took delivery of my car this afternoon! And then promptly drove it approx. 1.5mi to the detailer for clear bra and opti-coat, ha. Can't wait to put it through its paces when I get it back.

VIN 69775. I just noticed the change. No date.
Does that mean mine is ahead of this one quoted above?
