Trade in payoff

How long did it take for Tesla to pay off your trade-in? I’m wondering if I’ll need to make my next payment. Don’t need a late ding on my credit report.

Don’t cancel the auto payment... that way your protected. If for some reason they pay it off late your bank will send an overpayment check once Tesla pays it off.

I hope I'm the exception (though I've seen others in the same boat) but I took delivery on December 1st and my trade-in is still not paid off as of today. It has been a nightmare trying to get a straight answer and solution.

That stinks! They actually paid off my loan about 10 days after I took possession.
