I want to duplicate the music on my flash drive and transfer to another new flash drive, I have an iMac and wondering what is the best and easiest way to do this.

You should have enough USB ports on the back of your iMac to be able to plug both flash drives in at the same time. In Finder > Preferences > General, you'll probably want to check the box for showing external disks on the desktop. Once you can see both drives on your desktop, the easiest approach is to just open the first USB drive, select its contents, and drag them to the second USB drive.
