Transporting Tesla to Madeira

Hi Tesla Fans,

I am looking into staying on Madeira for a couple of months and to work remotely from there. Now I would really like to bring my tesla model 3 to the island. Have been doing a little digging but can't seem to find a way to transport through a ferry (there was one but it was cancelled in 2019).

Is there anybody who has experience or can give a very rough price estimate? I am based in Europe.
