Tread depth

I have a 2021 model 3 awd and in Jan 23 I had to replace one rear tire cause of a road hazard, I paid $400 for a new one , which the one placed on the vehicle measured at 7 tread depth, since I had my vehicle the tread depth read 9 for all tires at 1166 miles, this was documented dec 11, they all read 6 in the front and both 7 in the back, I have a slight pull now . A friend suggested they shaved ? My tires to match the used one placed on it , ive read about this being done to new tire to avoid having to replace all of them , Michelin suggested it is my suspension but would the wear not have been some concern to mention in the work order?

Those were likely measured before the tire was replaced. Tesla definitely does not shave tires, nor is one tire having more tread than the other something to be concerned about. If you would like confirmation, measure the tires yourself. As for the pull, you might need an alignment.
