Tree sap on UV glass roof

TIPS ON cleaning Sap off my 3s UV roof.

I use isopropyl alcohol on my MS. Are you thinking there is a coating on the outside of the glass? I have never heard of that. but you'd better make sure before using a solvent.

I have heard soda water works. I regularly use to clean bird poop. I wouldn't be as concerned if it is on the glass.

I use isopropyl as well. Small amount and scratch with fingernail and cloth... seems to do the job... haven’t seen any damage on my 12/16 S full glass roof. Park outside in NW....

If it is on the roof, it is probably on every other body part as well, may not be as big of drops, but it's still probably there.
