I think it would be really nice to be able to click a button like NEW POSTS but for trending that would show the threads with the most activity.
I don't know if this is just me but I really like being able to look threads that are buzzing, because they are normally important/cool. Plus when you click new posts it could be a random thread that has like 1 reply, but if it is trending you would be able to go to (hot topics) for lack of my brain coming up with a better term.
