Trip to the Service centre in lockdown

Anybody got an experience of going to the service centre during lockdown? Specifically the MK Centre?

I ideally would like to sit down a work from there, but i am not sure that is going to be possible in the current situation.

I booked a service centre appointment today and received an email confirmation with this:

For a touchless Service experience, please use our Quick-Drop service. Upon arrival, you will be directed on where to park and securely leave your car and key. If you need to speak with our Service team, please be mindful that we are practicing social distancing in addition to the other recommended precautionary measures to limit exposure.
