Triple Amps while charging at home?

Have you managed to charge more than 1 kW from a 110v outlet?

Usually when I plug my car into our 110v at home, the app says it is charging at 1 kW and 12/12 A. However, this time it said it was charging at 4 kW and there was a circled number 3 in front of the 12/12 A.

Does anyone know what that number 3 means, and if that 4 kW could have been accurate?

The circled 3 indicates the car thinks it's connected to 3-phase power, which would provide a lot more power at 12A/phase. The 4kW charging would be possible on 3-phase power. Knowing you're in Austin however, I think it's highly unlikely you have 3-phase connectivity, so my question would be: "why does the car think you're connected to 3-phase power?"
