I made an appointment and brought my X in for an issue with the trunk not cinching. They fixed it but it started again so I scheduled another appointment to repair it again. Before the scheduled appointment, the trunk could not close completely on the driver’s side, cinch and lock securely at all so I dropped by the service center. It looks like there’s a gap between the trunk and body on the driver’s side and no gap on the passenger’s side. Has anybody had an issue like this?
