He, along with what I would guess would be a group of investors, would purchase all shares on the market, and make us an offer for the shares we hold. We would all vote on it. If accepted, we get whatever the offer was for the shares.

Well, I do think he will have to convince us to sell. Cant just "take it private" and kick us out.

I am in for the long run - 3000-5000 a share for 50% om stock -the last 50% is for my kids and grandchildren. $420 would be robbery

I'd be seriously seriously pissed at Elon and Tesla. That would be highway robbery imho.
