So the three required corporate positions are President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Musk is qualified to be President and Ahuja is qualifed to be Treasurer. But I think neither is qualified to be Tesla's secretary, nor is the person currently holding the position qualified. They need to get someone who really has some chops as a secretary. Maybe the interoffice and customer paperwork would be handled more reliably!
