TuneIn stations availability in Canada

I just traded in my 3 (2018 model) for a Y. Question about Tune In. On the 3, I was able to get MSNBC and CNBC live streams. Those don't seem to come up on searches, globally or narrowed to the U.S. Anyone in CANADA or the U.S. with this problem, will they eventually come up. I read somewhere this is somewhat controlled by the server that serves my region, in my case Toronto, Ontario. Some also said Tesla also has some criteria about acceptable stream bitrates. Anyone?
