Tunnel cutter in the parking lot?

Anyone here around Vegas that knows if those huge things out in front of the convention center are the cutter they used to dig the tunnels?

Couldn't get close to it and see if it had teeth on it, but thought it was weird if it actually disassembled in pieces like it was. I was thinking tunneling devices were just one big machine, not multiple collars that look like they could bolt together.

I'm sure they can be disassembled to some extent. Some of them are absolutely massive and I have no idea how you would transport something like as a whole without a great amount of difficulty. Would love to see tunnels getting drilled around me!
