Tesla's 21" turbine wheels may have been novel when they were first provided on the Model S in 2012 but they've now been mimicked across the industry with knock offs of all kinds.
The arachnids are another story. I've searched high and low across all the brands of aftermarket wheels and there's nothing quite like them -- at least that I could find. And the Tesla arachnids are forged to boot, which makes them all the more desirable.
Even Tesla doesn't make them available any longer, except as a prize for referrals, and even that will end with the next referral round.
So I'm assuming the arachnids will remain a very distinctive and rare item in the world of wheels.
