Turn Manual Autopilot Engage/Disengage Chime OFF

I don't have an AP car, and am just curious. Is it possible to turn the autopilot chime off? I am talking about when AP is manually engaged or disengaged using the stalk successfully.

I understand the argument why it should not be allowed to turn off in other engage/disengage scenarios, like when it automatically disengages and needs you to take over, or when you try to engage but is fails.
I don't see why it is absolutely necessary when it is successfully done manually using the stalk though.

No, it’s always on and likely always will be.

It avoids confusion for the user as to whether it’s on or off.

I wish I could turn it off. For night driving with sleeping passengers. There're blue indicators on the dash showing the current state, I don't need a chime to indicate the state toggle.
