Turn off passenger air?

Has anyone found a way to turn off the air to the passenger while the driver still has air? My wife is constantly too cold and doesn't want the air blowing while I like it cool. We 'de-sync' the temperatures and she raises it hoping that would stop the constant air flow over her but it doesn't work, will just blow warmer air. She tries to find the same temp air hoping it would stop blowing on her side but it won't work. Anyone found a way around this yet?

im not sure its possible, only way would be to use the direction setting to aim it away from the passenger

This came up in another thread and regardless of how the vents are adjusted some will still not like it. My wife for one.
It will need to be an enhancement. Just the equivalent of shutting off the air vents in other cars. Should be an option for either the driver or passenger.
