Did the guy who put the meter in leave a note or anything?
My TECO guy left a note saying that we could turn it on, but then my wife came out and he turned it on himself, at which point the system began making power.
That being said, the Tesla app didn't keep historical data until Tesla officially "activated" the system, which took a few weeks because they don't check their email and didn't see the TECO email the next day. I ended up having to call TECO myself and have them forward me the email they sent Tesla and I then sent it to Tesla and it was turned on that same day (a month after the system was turned on by TECO).

Trying to get in touch with Tesla customer care is beyond ridiculous. 4th time trying to today, have given up every time after waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes each time.
