How? All the old email addresses were disconnected, and any new attempt to now contact Tesla HQ just gets redirected to the local SC, which frankly have even less contact with Engineering than we do.

If the old contacts are no longer available, I generally ask my service center to pass it along to corporate asking for a formal response.
