I can't decide if Joe Nocera is just clueless or has an axe to grind. I think it's the latter but I'd give him the benefit of the doubt.
Clueless about 250 mile range Tesla? I know it's all the way out in California and New Yawkers don't really know about anything West of the Hudson River but this guy is supposed to be a "financial guru".
Clueless about battery Gigafactory? ... in Nevada, USA.
