Two mobile keys don’t always work

My wife and I each have a mobile key to our Tesla Model 3. Both are registered in the car. Both are listed under Control/Locks. When I drive, my seating is adjusted for me, even after my wife drives the car. However, my wife does NOT get an automatic seat adjustment when she enters the car with her key. Is there a way we can get 2 mobile keys to operate exactly the same all the time?

You need to make sure that your key is not set as the default as well. Under the settings if your key is set as the primary/default key, if you both get in the car, your profile will take over. I hope this helps.

The association between a key and driver profile is not automatic, you need to configure that. My wife and I both have that set up in her Model 3, but the car doesn't always choose the correct profile.
