I apologize if this has been covered before, but I was reading through the posts the other day and noticed that many folks prefer to turn the surround sound option off to improve the sound quality within their model S.
So I tried that yesterday and was met with a crackle in what sounds like the front left (A pillar?) of the vehicle. It is likely that the equalizer is set oddly because just about everything is turned up to the max (not my doing), but I wasn't sure if this was a known issue or not.
